“Having a CASA meant the world to me.”

“I’m excited about my future.”

These are the moments when we know we are changing kids’ lives.

Sometimes the work we do as CASA’s can be hard to measure. Sure, there are numbers, and those are important – things like touching the lives of close to 80 children in any given year*.

We know our work with CASA kids is meaningful and life-changing for them.

Sometimes our impacts are best measured by the hint of a long-forgotten smile on a youngster’s face. Other times it’s a soft giggle that finally erupts from a child who has experienced unspeakable trauma.

And just sometimes, it’s when the child leans in and whispers to you, “I’m excited about my future.”

These are the moments when we know that we’re making an impact.

* This number could be so, so much higher with more CASA volunteers! Want to help us help more kids? Volunteer today!
